Lucky enough to hitch a ride with a helicopter we saw Buksefjorden and the hydroelectric plant that supplies Nuuk with all its energy.

Flux
A week in passing.
The snow is disappearing by the day.
What will you add to where you are?
The words trickle into the head,
the knowledge which is words which are signs which are
the way we pass on time.
We eat to survive to be hungry again.

Going North
Kalaallit Nunaat, Menneskenes Land, the Humans' Land
The wind of snow and ice is calling. The bear (aka bjørnen) and the princess (aka fedt-prinsessen) are going North to the arctic homeland: Greenland. Their journey began long ago when a young Inuit traveled in the opposite direction to start a life in the modern world that was Denmark. That girl is an old lady now and her family is large.
Not everyone gets to experience the High North. Not everyone remembers the worlds that are on the periphery and rapidly changing in the slipstream of what some people call globalisation. So bjørnen and fedt-prinsessen decided to share what they saw.
What follows is a visual tour of their flight. Songs of snow and ice. As is knowledge from generations of Inuits: "I know nothing, but life constantly confronts me with forces that are stronger than myself... The experiences of generations have shown that it is hard to live and the inevitable always becomes the fate of woman and man... The soul is what makes you beautiful, human. That alone makes you want, drive and act".
The bear and the princess seeking the soul of our common ancenstry on the light of the North.
